Although knowledge transition is one of the most poorly executed services provided by consulting firms, we feel that the transition of knowledge to our client's staff provides the single biggest return on our client's investment in our services. We also feel that our focus on knowledge transition differentiates us from our competitors.
We believe that a technical solution is innovative only if it can leverage technology to increase revenue, lower risk, or lower costs for our clients. Technology for technology's sake is not something we feel our clients should pay for and our consultants spend over 400 hours a year on education and training to make sure that they don't.
